Advanced Excel proficiency and banking portal operations JOB OBJECTIVE: Data analysis and reporting, collection and interpretation of data to create monthly reports on operational performance and business trends. AUTHORITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Manage the customer account opening process within the cards platform and confirm activation. Maintain an updated registry of active customer accounts. Record BSO operational expenses: requests, verification, and filing of fiscal receipts. Reconcile the monthly expense report against budget and report variances. EDUCATION: Technical high school diploma or incomplete/completed bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Administration. EXPERIENCE: Minimum 1 year of experience in operational, back-office, or data/transaction processing roles within the financial sector or high-volume transaction environments. HARD SKILLS: Advanced proficiency level • Microsoft Excel (Intermediate/Advanced): Essential for transaction manipulation and validation, use of data cleansing functions, and preparation of bulk files for disbursement • Banking Portal Operations: Experience using banking interfaces to upload and monitor payment/disbursement files (SPEI) and download detailed account statements. • Knowledge of TXT/CSV Files: Ability to handle, validate, and structure flat-file formats (TXT, CSV) used for bulk transaction uploads into banking and operational systems. • Operational Reconciliation Fundamentals: Ability to perform pre-reconciliation of data, visually identifying discrepancies between operational logs and bank reports. • Back-Office Systems Proficiency: Experience capturing data and tracking transaction statuses within the company’s operational system or ERP. -Requisition Requirements- Minimum education: Higher education - Bachelor’s degree 3 years of experience Age: between 25 and 45 years Knowledge: Analytical ability, Data analysis, Results-oriented, Microsoft Excel Willingness to travel: Yes Willingness to relocate: Yes Keywords: analyst
