




Job Summary: Design, implement, and consolidate the compliance department, establishing the regulatory framework and necessary controls to ensure legal compliance and risk management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Design and implement the compliance department and internal policies. 2. Prepare regulatory reports and manage risks. 3. Develop and maintain updated regulatory documentation. JOB OBJECTIVE: Design, implement, and consolidate the organization’s compliance department, establishing the regulatory framework, policies, procedures, and controls required to ensure compliance with applicable legal and regulatory provisions—particularly in anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing (AML/CTF)—as well as appropriate management of regulatory and operational risks. AUTHORITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Authorities: • Request documentation and information from departments involved in compliance processes. • Validate and approve client files prior to submission to vendors or third parties. • Propose and implement internal compliance policies and procedures. • Escalate identified findings, inconsistencies, or risks to the Chief Compliance Officer. Responsibilities: • Prepare and submit vulnerability-related regulatory reports in accordance with applicable regulations. • Design and implement the compliance department, including internal policies and controls. • Develop and maintain updated regulatory documentation (policies, manuals, and procedures). • Execute onboarding processes for legal entities (LE) and individuals engaged in business activities (IEBA). • Classify clients according to their risk level. • Validate client documentation for integration and submission to vendors. • Prepare periodic compliance department reports (tracking, progress, and findings).
