




Position Summary: Lead commercial and market strategy to drive revenue growth and expand the customer base, positioning the company as a leading fintech aggregator. Key Highlights: 1. POSITION OBJECTIVE: Lead commercial and market strategy to drive exponential revenue growth, transactional volume growth, and customer base expansion. Responsible for directing the go-to-market vision for all fintech products (POS terminals, cards, SPEI services) and positioning the company as a leading aggregator in the market. AUTHORITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Define, plan, and implement: overall national commercial, sales, and marketing strategy. • Transactional Growth: Drive growth in total transaction volume (SPEI in/out), ensuring mass adoption of digital banking services. • Product Management: Collaborate with the Technology and Product Coordinator to define commercial strategy, ensuring products (POS terminals, cards) meet market demands and generate high market value. • Business Development and Partnerships: Identify and negotiate strategic partnerships with other financial institutions, large enterprises, and distribution channels to increase market penetration. • Team Leadership: Supervise and direct Sales, Customer Support, and Customer Service areas to ensure achievement of objectives and high productivity. • Forecasting and Budgeting: Manage the commercial budget and generate accurate sales and revenue forecasts for the Executive Management. REQUIREMENTS EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree, or postgraduate degree in Business Administration (MBA), Marketing, or Finance. EXPERIENCE: Minimum 8 years of executive experience in strategic commercial roles, including at least 4 years in the fintech, digital banking, payment aggregation, or telecommunications sectors. HARD COMPETENCIES: • In-depth knowledge of payment systems (SPEI, POS terminals, gateways) and the Mexican regulatory ecosystem. Solid experience in defining business models (B2B and B2C) and go-to-market strategies. • Must understand the 'back-end' to negotiate with partners (Pomelo, Transfer... etc.) and resolve customers’ operational queries. • Advanced proficiency in CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and sales/marketing automation tools. • General knowledge of Fintech regulation (if applicable), KYC (Know Your Customer), and basic operation of digital accounts. • Ability to create presentations that simply explain payment flow diagrams and service architectures. -Requisition Requirements- Minimum education: Higher education – Bachelor’s degree 5 years of experience Age: between 30 and 46 years Knowledge: Coordination ability, team management, banking, commercial strategies, product organization, sales Willingness to travel: Yes Willingness to relocate: Yes Keywords: leader, head, manager, director, chief, lead, leadership, supervisor, salesman, saleswoman, seller, vendor, commercial, salesperson
