Position Summary: We are seeking a UX/UI professional with experience in research, design, and collaboration to create intuitive and efficient digital platforms. Key Highlights: 1. Collaboration within multidisciplinary teams for product development. At least 3 years of experience understanding customer needs, problems, and behaviors related to the requested product. Through research, creation of simple and intuitive user flows, wireframing, and teamwork, develop digital platforms with functional and intuitive features so that customers and users achieve their goals quickly, clearly, and satisfactorily with the final product—delivering an efficient user experience. Customer–Product Research: Conduct user flows via analysis of shared data or scheduled meetings to establish clear information architecture, thereby delivering an efficient product with higher conversion rates. Creation of low- and high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and mockups for interface design or interface updates based on feedback (from management, direct supervisor, or client). Maintain continuous communication from the outset to clarify solutions and minimize issues prior to delivery deadlines. Analysis of results for continuous UI system improvements, ensuring brand consistency through a design system aligned with brand perception. Collaboration with cross-functional teams across business units to align development scope and timelines, achieving clean and intuitive execution. Participation in regular meetings for training, as well as presentation of results and/or progress updates. Proposing flow improvements: Ensuring the product is not only aesthetically appealing but also highly functional and effective at driving user conversion. Challenging decisions lacking evidence: Avoiding assumptions-based decisions by grounding requested changes in practical, applicable UX strategies as proposals/solutions. Prioritizing experience enhancements: Identifying which changes deliver the greatest impact. Continuously updating knowledge of currently used tools to maximize their effectiveness, as well as researching new tools (e.g., AI or software) that may assist. Defining design standards: Creating and maintaining design systems to ensure visual and functional consistency. • Prototyping Tools Proficiency: Operational experience with Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD. Must be able to create screens, use auto-layout, export assets, and navigate shared prototypes. • Design System Maintenance and Creation: Ability to organize and update components and tokens (colors, typography) within the design library, ensuring business-wide consistency. • UI Design Principles: Foundational knowledge of UI theory—including typography, visual hierarchy, color usage, and layout—to create clean and functional interfaces. • Handoff File Preparation: Ability to precisely document design specifications (specs), ensuring frontend and mobile developers can implement them pixel-perfectly. • UX Research Techniques (Support): Ability to transcribe, tabulate, and organize usability test and interview data under guidance from the lead designer. -Requirements- Minimum Education: Higher education – Bachelor’s degree 2 years of experience Age: Between 22 and 55 years Knowledge: Efficiency, Graphic Design, Digital Platforms, Interface Design Willingness to travel: Yes Willingness to relocate: Yes
