High impact and visibility across the business Junior Analyst for Data, AI, and Projects (Right-hand person to the General Manager) Lomas de Chamizal, Cuajimalpa (On-site) Monday to Friday · 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM About the Role A role centered on executing data and artificial intelligence projects. It is not just analysis: you will be responsible for driving initiatives from idea to full implementation and operational deployment. This requires: visiting branches, working with imperfect data, and adjusting in the field until real results are achieved. Your Responsibilities Lead and monitor projects (idea → pilot → implementation → measurement) Analyze operational, customer, and financial data to identify opportunities Clean, structure, and reconstruct real-world databases (Excel, CSV, PDFs, etc.) Automate processes and reports (Advanced Excel, Python, AI) Use tools such as ChatGPT/Claude to accelerate solutions Visit branches, test, train, and adjust until solutions work effectively in real-world operations Coordinate with operational teams to ensure adoption and measurable outcomes Requirements Relevant undergraduate degree (completed or in progress) 3 years of experience in data analysis, automation, and project execution Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, Power Query) Practical use of AI to solve real problems Execution-oriented profile with a project focus Availability for hands-on operational work and direct field engagement Desirable Python (pandas, basic automation) Experience handling unstructured data Interest in AI, automation, and continuous improvement What We Offer Competitive salary + review after 6 months Statutory benefits + vouchers Direct collaboration with General Management Mentoring in data, AI, and project management Modern tools, courses, and equipment High impact and visibility across the business Ideal For You If You enjoy leading projects, solving problems in the field, and persisting until solutions are fully operational.-Requirements- Minimum Education: Higher Education – Bachelor’s Degree 3 years of experience Keywords: resident, supervisor, team leader, assistant manager, responsible, coordinator, manager, captain, junior, data
