Our core pillar is based on the philosophy “People First”, delivering holistic and unique experiences that integrate each team member’s personal life stage and professional career phase. *Join Our Team!* **Experience Required:** * 3 to 4 years of experience in tax areas, tax audits, or SAT reviews. * Demonstrable experience in: * Handling and follow-up of tax audits (electronic reviews, desk reviews, and/or on-site visits). * Interpretation and application of Mexican tax legislation. * Coordination and supervision of tax or accounting teams. * Prior experience in tax firms, audit firms, or medium-to-large enterprises (preferably with complex operations) is desirable. **Technical Knowledge:** * Current Mexican tax legislation. * Federal Tax Code (CFF). * Income Tax Law (LISR). * Value Added Tax Law (LIVA). * SAT tax audit guidelines and processes. * Electronic accounting and tax reconciliations. * Review of CFDIs, tax returns, and working papers. * Handling and drafting responses to official letters and requests from tax authorities. * Tax risk analysis and mitigation strategies. * ERP system proficiency (SAP or other accounting systems). * Intermediate to advanced Excel skills. **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and supervise the handling of tax audits initiated by the SAT. * Analyze official letters, requests, and administrative actions issued by tax authorities. * Organize and track the collection of required accounting, tax, and documentary information for audits. * Review and validate working papers, tax files, and supporting documentation prior to submission to authorities. * Interpret applicable tax legislation to assess implications and risks arising from tax reviews. * Monitor legal deadlines and audit process stages diligently until completion. * Supervise and coordinate the activities of tax analysts, assigning tasks and priorities. * Identify tax risks and propose corrective or preventive actions. * Facilitate relations and communication with tax authorities while safeguarding the company’s interests. * Support improvements to internal controls and processes related to tax compliance. **Competencies:** * Leadership and team coordination. * Analytical and critical thinking for tax interpretation. * Decision-making based on technical and regulatory analysis. * Planning and organization for managing audits and legal timelines. * Orientation toward control and regulatory compliance. * Effective communication with tax authorities and internal departments. * Working under pressure and managing multiple simultaneous requests. * Effective interpersonal relationships and cross-departmental collaboration. **Education:** Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting **Our Value Proposition:** *Competitive salary plus benefits exceeding statutory requirements.* *Growth opportunities.* Department Administration \& Finance Position Tax Locations Santa Fe Corporate Office Employment Type Temporary Contact Christian Hernández, Corporate Talent Attraction Executive – Human Resources
