Industry Sector Cross-border payment (B2B), primarily serving foreign trade enterprises in the Mexican market and other countries, addressing the growing demand for efficient payments between China and Latin America. Job Responsibilities Develop new target clients (foreign trade enterprises in Mexico) and promote XTransfer’s cross-border payment services. Conduct personalized client visits (“cold calling” or visiting unknown clients) to present the company’s advantages and solutions, aligning with prospecting strategies such as visiting professional markets and business districts. Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients, resolve their service-related inquiries, and ensure client satisfaction. Achieve sales targets set by the company and regularly report on work progress. Understand the cross-border payment market in Mexico and collect competitor information to support sales strategy optimization. Job Requirements Minimum Education: Associate degree or bachelor’s degree (college-level or higher). Age: Under 35 years old. Experience: Prior experience in sales positions (experience in foreign trade or financial services is a strong plus). Outstanding Skill: Strong prospecting and cold-calling capability, with initiative and determination to achieve goals. Communication: Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Spanish (the official language of Mexico); basic knowledge of Chinese is a significant advantage. Attitude: Proactive, responsible, team-oriented, and adaptable to a dynamic work environment.
