Job Objective: - Perform various branch operations in accordance with established regulations, always aiming to retain customers. Each day you will face new and interesting challenges in your role, for which you will be responsible: - Providing customer service and assisting all users with the various operations they request at the branch. - Identifying customer needs and seizing sales opportunities during interactions with them. - Promoting and providing information about institutional products and services to customers and users. Requirements: - Completed bachelor’s degree (GRADUATED OR INTERNSHIP COMPLETED) in economics or administrative fields (e.g., Economics, Accounting, International Relations, Administration), verifiable. - 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, cash handling, or teller roles. - Areas of experience: Sales and customer service. - Required knowledge: Sales activities, customer service. - Flexible availability of working hours. - Willingness to rotate across branches.
