Our core principle is based on the philosophy “People First,” delivering holistic and unique experiences that integrate each team member’s personal life stage and professional career phase. *Join our Team!* **Experience required:** * 2\-4 years in finance roles within fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), manufacturing, or retail industries, preferably in central finance functions. * Experience preparing and analyzing financial reports, account reconciliations, and supporting month-end and year-end closing processes. * Interaction with operations, sales, and supply chain teams for variance analysis and cross-functional projects. **Technical knowledge:** * General accounting, financial statement analysis, and budgetary control. * Preparation and tracking of forecasts and budgets; deviation analysis and cost modeling. * Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, and modeling) and experience with reporting/BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar). * ERP system usage for financial transaction recording and reconciliation. * Basic knowledge of tax regulations and audit processes (preferred). **Responsibilities:** * Prepare and analyze periodic financial reports (monthly and annual) to support decision-making by the finance function and senior management. * Develop and maintain forecasts and budgets; identify, explain, and propose corrective actions for variances. * Perform account reconciliations and support financial closing processes, as well as preparation of information for internal and external audits. * Analyze profitability by product line, channel, and customer; propose initiatives to improve margins and operational efficiency. * Design and automate dashboards and reports to enhance visibility of financial KPIs. * Collaborate with operations, sales, and supply chain teams on cross-functional projects impacting financial performance. * Generate ad hoc reports and analyses to support management decision-making. **Competencies:** * Strategic vision * Decision-making * Organization and execution **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field. **Our value proposition:** *Competitive salary plus benefits exceeding statutory requirements.* *Opportunities for professional growth and development within the company.* Department Administration \& Finance Position Central Finance Analyst Location Santa Fe Corporate Office Employment Type Full-time Contact Christian Hernández, Corporate Talent Acquisition Executive – Human Resources
