Minimum 1 year of experience in procurement administration, inventory control, and supplier management. Intermediate Excel proficiency. Negotiation skills. Personal vehicle required (mandatory) Responsibilities: · Expense control and administration. Conduct weekly purchases to meet requirements necessary for event execution. Create and maintain up-to-date supplier databases. Negotiate prices, delivery terms, and purchase conditions. Actively identify top-performing suppliers. Track supplier adherence to delivery deadlines and purchase conditions. Generate procurement, payment, and delivery reports. Manage purchase orders, invoices, and other documents related to the procurement process.
