




Position Summary: We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to ensure administrative order and control, managing collections, payments, and financial reporting. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive management of collections and payments. 2. Coordination with key departments such as sales and production. 3. Central role in administrative order and control. We are currently undergoing expansion and therefore seek to integrate an **Administrative Assistant** into our team. **Position Objective** Ensure the company’s administrative order and control, guaranteeing proper management of collections, payments, and financial reports. **Main Responsibilities** * Customer collections management * Invoice generation and follow-up (with support from the accounting department). * Scheduling and execution of payments (utilities, suppliers, payroll, commissions, etc.). * Customer service (receiving invoices and quotations, confirming payments, and tracking balances). * Coordination with sales and production departments to maintain up-to-date information. **Requirements** * 1\-3 years of experience in a similar position * Proficient use of Excel/Google Sheets (tables, filters, reports). * Practical knowledge of invoicing **We are looking for a person who is:** * Organized * Proactive * Solution-oriented * Results-driven **We offer:** * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00am \- 5:00pm * Base salary * Statutory benefits If you meet the profile, please apply through this channel.
