Join the Heineken Mexico team—we are looking for your talent for the following positions: - Delivery Driver - Delivery Assistant - Substitute Delivery Assistant Mission: Ensure departure on delivery routes so that orders arrive on time and meet established quality standards. Work in coordination with the distribution team to satisfactorily fulfill sales-agreed commitments and provide necessary support as an enabler to the work team. Your role directly impacts customer service fulfillment. Experience: - Perform required start-of-day activities to ensure safe market departure (truck inspection and order verification). - Execute product delivery agreements made during pre-sales (as indicated on the order ticket) in the presence of the visited customer and at the designated location. - Select and collect returnable packaging from each customer. - Ensure customer payment according to the amount shown on the order and guarantee fulfillment of established conditions prior to order delivery. - Conduct daily product and cash reconciliation by submitting documents and reviewing them with the Distribution Coordinator to ensure no discrepancies exist, as well as performing all other related duties.
