Measure campaign results and propose data-driven improvements. **Position Objective** Plan, execute, and optimize digital and offline marketing strategies to generate qualified leads, increase enrollment, and strengthen positioning. **Main Responsibilities** **Strategy and Planning** * Design and implement monthly and annual marketing plans. * Define SMART objectives focused on lead generation and conversions. * Identify growth opportunities in new channels and segments. **Demand Generation (Lead Generation)** * Execute digital advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.). * Optimize campaigns to reduce cost per lead (CPL) and cost per acquisition (CPA). * Create and implement conversion funnels. **Digital Marketing and Content** * Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.). * Coordinate content creation (posts, videos, reels, copywriting). * Oversee brand image and communication. **Analytics and Metrics** * Measure campaign results (ROI, CPL, conversion rate). * Prepare weekly and monthly reports. * Propose data-driven improvements. **Internal Coordination** * Collaborate closely with the sales team for lead follow-up. * Align campaigns with promotions, seasons, and business objectives. * Coordinate vendors (design, media buying, production, etc.). **Activations and Local Marketing** * Organize events, activations, and strategic partnerships. * Supervise brand presence at branch locations.
