Job Summary: Commercial Coordinator for the Private Channel to lead the development and implementation of sales plans, manage customers, and supervise sales teams. Key Highlights: 1. Development and implementation of sales plans by region. 2. Management of negotiations with customers and maintenance of relationships. 3. Leadership and motivation of the sales team. We are a company with over 20 years of experience in the domestic and international seed distribution market. Currently, ***Rancho Los Molinos Distributor*** has an open position for Commercial Coordinator – Private Channel. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Development, Territorial Planning, Sales Management, or related field. * Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. * Adherence to regulations. * Personal vehicle required. **Job Description:** ● Develop and implement regional sales plans to achieve channel objectives. ● Ensure proper execution of activities aimed at prospecting, managing, negotiating, and opening retail locations. ● Coordinate store-opening projects (e.g., new establishments, new geographic areas, new routes). ● Monitor and analyze sales performance, prepare reports, and present results. ● Maintain long-term relationships between customers and the organization. ● Manage negotiations with customers. ● Lead and motivate the sales team, assign tasks, and ensure alignment with departmental goals. ● Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and strategic alignment. ● Supervise and develop sales representatives in detail. ● Coordinate field personnel.
