Position Summary: We are seeking a Commercial Coordinator to lead the sales team, develop strategies, and expand the seed distribution network nationwide and internationally. Key Highlights: 1. Leads the sales team and commercial strategies for market expansion. 2. Develops and implements regional sales plans. 3. Manages customer negotiations and supervises sales representatives. We are a company with over 20 years of experience in seed distribution both domestically and internationally. Currently, ***Rancho Los Molinos Distributor*** has an opening for a Commercial Coordinator – Private Channel. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Development, Territorial Planning, Sales Management, or related field. * Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position. * Adherence to regulations. * Personal vehicle required. **Job Description:** ● Develop and implement regional sales plans to achieve channel objectives. ● Ensure proper execution of activities related to prospecting, managing, negotiating, and opening new retail locations. ● Coordinate store-opening initiatives (new establishments, new geographic areas, new routes). ● Monitor and analyze sales performance, prepare reports, and present results. ● Maintain long-term relationships between customers and the organization. ● Manage customer negotiations. ● Lead and motivate the sales team, assign tasks, and ensure alignment with departmental goals. ● Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and strategic alignment. ● Supervise and develop sales representatives in detail. ● Coordinate field personnel.
