Position Summary: This position involves operating an assigned vehicle to cover daily delivery routes and ensure timely pickup and delivery of cargo, in compliance with company policies. Part of a team that values dedication and teamwork. **Position Description** Properly operate the vehicle assigned by AutoZone in accordance with the company's vehicle operation policies to fulfill daily HUB delivery routes as established in the applicable usage policies, ensuring adherence to scheduled pickup and delivery times for cargo at assigned stores. **Responsibilities** * Execute the HUB order delivery route to satellite stores in accordance with the logistics plan established by the HUB Coordinator, using the vehicle assigned by AutoZone. * Load and unload cargo in compliance with cargo handling requirements; collect merchandise returns and empty totes from satellite stores to ensure on-time order delivery to our stores and support stores in having the required products available in time to close sales. * Conduct daily inspections of the assigned vehicle using the checklist to verify its operational condition and identify required maintenance. Record daily mileage traveled, noting the starting odometer reading and ending odometer reading upon completion of daily duties. * **Requirements** * Technical degree * One or two years of experience * Prior experience in logistics route management, cargo delivery, and distribution * Minimum age of 21 * Availability for rotating shifts from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Monday through Sunday AutoZone Mexico is the leading distributor of automotive parts and accessories in the Americas.
