Requirements: Experience: 3+ years as Sales Manager, Coordinator, or Executive. Experience managing teams. Education: Bachelor's degree in Administration, Marketing, Business, or related field. Skills: Leadership, negotiation, communication, decision-making under pressure, prospecting, outbound marketing.
