Description

Responsibilities: Ensure proper production planning based on customer orders and plant capacity Maintain business profitability by controlling raw material and supplies procurement—ensuring expenditures remain within budget and quality specifications are met Ensure control, administration, and proper storage of raw materials and supplies to prevent waste and unexpected expenses Participate in meetings with Plant counterparts to align and communicate operations, plans, and budgets. Monitor KPIs for assigned areas to identify findings and resolve them Ensure necessary technical support for optimal performance of assigned areas—and consequently, their results Propose and establish continuous improvement programs Participate in new product research and development activities, as well as optimization of existing products Develop strategies for process optimization Accelerate, facilitate, and mechanize business production Manage tasks of personnel under supervision Provide positive guidance to subordinates Implement initiatives to enhance efficiency Prepare departmental budgets Provide necessary resources to optimize business operations Formulate procedures for each process and promote their implementation Promote the organization's corporate culture Requirements: Bilingual — Advanced English Education: Administration, Engineering, or related field Computer software: Intermediate Office and Advanced Excel Personnel management, assertive communication, decision-making, negotiation, Proactivity and leadership Mandatory knowledge: Computer software, resource management, Lean Manufacturing, Oracle Mandatory work experience: 5 years in a similar position; ability to plan processes and logistics activities; experience managing supply chains; strategic capability; proficiency in using technological tools Desirable: Management experience, resource management, budget management, team leadership Workplace: Easy Heat **Our Culture & Commitment to You** At Emerson, we prioritize a workplace where every employee is valued, respected, and empowered to grow.
