**About the Role**

*Objective: Conduct review, organization, and audit of employee files, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and internal policies, with emphasis on mandatory documentation applicable in Mexico (Mexico City and Atizapán).*
**Your Responsibilities**

* *Conduct audits of physical and digital employee files, verifying the existence, validity, and conformity of mandatory documentation;*
* *Identify inconsistencies, missing documentation, or irregularities in employee personnel files;*
* *Support the organization, standardization, and updating of personnel files;*
* *Ensure compliance with current labor and regulatory requirements in Mexico;*
* *Collaborate with Human Resources, Payroll, and related teams for collection and validation of documents;*
* *Support initiatives for digitization and structuring of employee files;*
* *Prepare status reports, compliance metrics, and action plans to correct deviations.*
**The Experience We Seek**

* *Completed or ongoing university studies in Administration, Human Resources, Law, or related fields;*
* *Availability for on-site work at offices located in Miyhana (Mexico City);*
* *Familiarity with mandatory employee documentation in Mexico (e.g., employment contracts, official identification, personal, tax, and labor documents);*
* *1–2 years of experience in Human Resources, personnel administration, or related administrative functions;*
* *Basic experience in managing and reviewing employee documentation (physical or digital);*
* *Experience in document control, archiving, or internal audit activities is valued;*
* *Experience handling high volumes of information and documentation;*
* *Desirable exposure to compliance processes or labor regulations.*
