Guarantee of quality and hygiene in operations. **Position Objective** Supervise, coordinate, and optimize the operations of assigned branches within the region, ensuring compliance with the company's established standards for quality, service, hygiene, profitability, and stable operations, thereby contributing to the continuous growth and improvement of business units. **Functions and Responsibilities** **Operational Supervision** * Verify compliance with operational and administrative processes at each branch. * Ensure correct implementation of operation, hygiene, and customer service manuals. * Monitor adherence to internal policies and procedures. **Staff Management** * Supervise and monitor the performance of branch managers and operational staff. * Coordinate ongoing training and staff development. * Foster a results-oriented, operationally disciplined, and team-based work environment. **Sales and Profitability Control** * Analyze sales, cost, productivity, and shrinkage indicators. * Implement operational strategies to achieve commercial and financial objectives. * Identify areas for improvement and propose corrective actions. **Quality and Hygiene** * Ensure compliance with sanitary, safety, and hygiene regulations. * Conduct internal audits on quality, cleanliness, and operations. * Ensure compliance with internal standards and the Distintivo H certification. **Customer Service and Support** * Address and follow up on customer incidents or complaints. * Implement initiatives focused on enhancing customer experience and satisfaction. **Inventory and Supply Management** * Supervise inventory levels and ensure adequate supply of critical inputs. * Monitor stockouts, shrinkage, and product control. **Opening of New Units** * Participate in the planning, supervision, and launch of new branches. * Provide operational support during opening processes. **Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)** * Achievement of branch-level sales targets. * Control and reduction of shrinkage. * Results of operational and hygiene audits. * Customer satisfaction and service level. * Inventory control and assurance. * Staff turnover, performance, and stability. **Requirements** * Minimum 2–5 years of experience in similar roles within the food industry. * Experience in restaurant, cafeteria, or franchise operations.
