**Responsibilities** * Serve as internal auditor and manage audit systems for certification bodies or customers * Develop and implement corrective action plans to mitigate negative trends * Ensure HACCP plans are reviewed and updated as appropriate * Investigate and mitigate complaints related to product safety * Lead initiatives to drive quality improvements in collaboration with other departments (including DPPM and incident rate) * Ensure compliance with food safety, customer, and regulatory requirements * Lead problem-solving initiatives and Root Cause Analysis and Countermeasure (RCCM) activities * Participate in CIA audits and in the management of the customer complaint process * Manage the Product Safety platform at the local level * Responsible for GFSI certification (through IFS PacSecure or equivalent) * Ensure employee and contractor training on product safety procedures * Provide support on quality matters, data collection, and information to customers * Participate in new product meetings and oversight of the testing process * Root cause analysis of non-conforming product
