Responsibilities and Functions Serve customers at the point of sale by offering onions and related products, ensuring efficient service, timely sales closure, and proper product rotation, thereby contributing to the achievement of the company's commercial objectives. Provide basic in-store customer service in accordance with established guidelines. Learn and convey information about onion varieties, quality grades, sizes, and packaging formats. Assist in preparing orders, sales invoices, and customer follow-ups. Verify stock levels and support product rotation. Promptly report shrinkage, damaged goods, or inventory discrepancies. Keep the sales floor and warehouse clean and organized. Assist with loading, unloading, and arranging products as required. Comply with hygiene, safety, and food-handling standards. Participate in internal training programs on sales and operations. Basic Knowledge: Customer service. Basic computer skills (Excel, email). Interest in sales and agricultural products.
