Sales Associate – Design Jewelry \| DROC Jewelry Location: Roma Norte, CDMX At DROC Jewelry, we are looking for someone who does not just sell, but also represents a brand with design, character, and meaning. If you enjoy interacting with customers, appreciate design, and wish to grow within a Mexican jewelry brand with a strong identity, this position is for you. Advanced English proficiency is mandatory; without it, we will not proceed with hiring. Key Responsibilities * In-store customer service and consultation. * Explanation of materials, design, and meaning of pieces (sterling silver .936\). * Closing sales and follow-up with customers. * Creation of organic content. * Maintaining order, cleanliness, and display of merchandise. * Representing DROC’s aesthetics, values, and customer experience. Work Schedule * Full-time position. * Five days per week with rotating shifts. * Includes two weekends per month. * One-hour daily lunch break. Salary and Benefits * Base salary: $10,000 MXN per month. * Monthly bonuses of up to $2,000 MXN. * Uncapped sales commissions: * 2% to 6%, depending on monthly performance ($3,000 to $20,000\). * Bi-weekly payment. * Ongoing training. * Growth opportunities. * Creative and professional work environment. * Available parking. Requirements * Minimum one year of experience in sales or customer service. * Fluent Spanish and intermediate English. * Professional appearance and confident communication skills. * Interest in design, fashion, or art. * Organization, responsibility, and proactive attitude.
