This is your opportunity!*** JOIN OUR TEAM AS: **TRAINING AND ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT INTERN** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Students in their 8th semester or beyond in Business Administration, Psychology, Business Management, or related fields. * Availability Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. * Proactive attitude, organizational skills, dynamism, and strong sense of responsibility. * Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for teamwork. * Valid optional insurance and proof of tax status. * Genuine interest in developing a career in Human Resources, particularly in Training and Organizational Development. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Support in onboarding courses and internal training programs. * Participation in Organizational Development and Workplace Culture projects. * Administration and follow-up of workplace climate surveys and performance evaluations. * Development of materials, reports, and tracking of departmental indicators. * Support in internal communication initiatives and institutional events. * Active participation in continuous improvement and talent management projects.
