Technical Leader (AI & Data)

Description

We are seeking a Technical Leader with experience in developing and leading data and artificial intelligence solutions. This role combines advanced technical skills with strategic leadership to guide teams in creating innovative products that leverage the power of data and AI. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining the technical architecture, overseeing solution implementation, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. **Key Responsibilities** * Define and oversee the technical architecture of data and artificial intelligence products. * Lead multidisciplinary teams in developing AI solutions, including machine learning models, natural language processing, anomaly detection, and pattern recognition. * Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective technical solutions. * Ensure code quality and development best practices through code reviews and mentoring. * Implement and optimize data pipelines to support AI models in production. * Oversee and design architectures in software products integrating artificial intelligence modules. * Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in artificial intelligence and data. **Requirements** *1\. Minimum 5 years of technical experience leading advanced analytics, data science, or AI-based product projects.* *2\. Experience designing and implementing anomaly and behavioral pattern detection solutions, especially in risk or fraud contexts.* *3\. Strong knowledge of supervised and unsupervised machine learning (regression, decision trees, clustering, SVM, boosting, etc.).* *4\. Knowledge of graph theory applied to community detection, entity relationships, and complex network analysis.* *5\. Implementation of ML/AI pipelines in production, including monitoring and automated retraining.* *6\. Experience developing fraud detection models, risk scoring, or models based on transactional behavior.* *7\. Experience designing and implementing microservices and event-driven architectures.* *8\. Experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Neo4j).* *9\. Experience implementing multicloud solutions on Azure, AWS, and (desirable) GCP.* *10\. System integrations via RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and asynchronous messaging (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus).* *11\.
