We are looking for someone like you to join our **\#RumboSacyr** initiative and help us continue improving people's lives. **Job Functions and Responsibilities:**
* Coordinate surgical scheduling and validate required materials
* Supervise availability of supplies before, during, and after surgeries
Manage and communicate with medical suppliers
Supervise technical staff in the operating room
Validate material dispatches, records, and consumption
Generate operational and follow-up reports
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
**We seek a candidate with the following requirements and competencies:**
Education: Biomedical Engineering or Nursing Degree **with administrative/surgical experience**
* 1–2 years of experience in **operating rooms**, **surgical services**, **medical supplies**, or **surgical coordination**
Experience with: wound care materials, medical devices, surgical instruments, and interaction with medical suppliers
