**INVENTORY CONTROL SUPERVISOR** **POSTION OBJECTIVE:** * Responsible for coordinating all receiving and material handling operations and inventory management functions on the manufacturing shop floor. * Ensuring accurate inventory levels for direct and indirect materials, work in process and finished goods, as well as efficient and timely delivery aligned to operating and service requirements. * Leading the team of material handlers and clerks, while assuring compliance with safety standards and driving continuous improvement in material flow and processes * Coordinates timely movement of materials to support production schedules and shipping deliveries. * Leads cycle count programs, ensures count accuracy, investigates variances, and drives corrective actions. **WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?** * Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, supply chain management, or a related manufacturing field * 3\-5 years of warehouse/inventory control experience * Experience in a manufacturing enviroment * Fluent conversational English * ERP Systems Proficiency Sueldo: Hasta $48,000\.00 al mes Beneficios: * Aumentos salariales * Estacionamiento de la empresa * Estacionamiento gratuito * Programa de referidos * Seguro de gastos médicos mayores * Seguro de vida * Servicio de comedor con descuento * Vales de despensa Pregunta(s) de postulación: * ¿Cuál es tu sueldo mensual deseado (antes de impuestos)?
