A leading logistics company seeks: **WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR** **Objective:** Coordinate productive activities to ensure achievement of production targets across various processes, minimize product loss, guarantee compliance with organizational safety and hygiene standards, and jointly achieve established norms and goals with the operational staff under supervision. Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is desirable. **Knowledge:** Operation of work equipment. Intermediate Excel proficiency. Forklift knowledge. Industrial safety and good warehouse practices. Receiving and shipping. Knowledge of metric systems. Training of personnel under supervision. Ensure processes are consistently carried out as stipulated. Ensure tools and equipment at the CEDIS (Distribution Center) function properly. Ensure timely submission of reports requested by clients and internally (reports/KPIs). Ensure correct material shipment and receipt at the CEDIS. Ensure continuous compliance with safety protocols. Monitor loading and unloading times using business intelligence reports. Propose continuous improvement plans for the CEDIS. Resolve client issues requiring intervention. Ensure maintenance and preservation of facilities, tools, computer equipment, etc. **Skills:** Teamwork. Analytical and problem-solving ability. Proactive attitude. Practical knowledge of logistics and inventory management. Competence in negotiation, planning, and reporting. Strategy planning and implementation.
