SMT Production Leader

Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to supervise production, manage personnel, and control quality in an SMT factory environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive management of production planning and execution. 2. Supervision and development of production line personnel. 3. Quality efficiency control and training. Requirements: * Work experience in SMT factories. * Basic knowledge of Excel. * Over one year of work experience. * High school diploma. * Excellent communication and coordination skills. * Basic English proficiency. Responsibilities: * Control production scheduling, personnel assignment, and tracking of output quantity. * Efficiently utilize personnel, machinery, materials, methods, and environment to manage production. * Assign personnel reasonably, organize materials and equipment, and arrange production according to the production plan. * Manage daily activities on the production line, supervise staff work discipline, prepare production reports, control attendance, conduct performance evaluations, and other related tasks. * Control quality efficiency. * Plan and implement education and training programs. * Monitor compliance with key performance indicators (KPIs). * Manage work organization and staff attendance. * Safety training. * Other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
