· Implement and monitor the safety and hygiene plan in accordance with applicable current standards and NOMs (STPS) within the organization. · Generate risk maps, job-specific risk analyses, workplace safety analyses, and vulnerability analyses. · Conduct visual verification audits/inspections jointly with the safety and hygiene committee. · Maintain statistical records of occupational accidents and other programs managed by the unit. · Monitor the Accident Report whenever an accident or incident occurs. · Develop scheduling for various health-related campaigns for employees (e.g., clinical examinations, vaccinations, and timely disease detection). · Establish emergency response teams (firefighting, evacuation, first aid, search and rescue). · Prepare minutes of the safety and hygiene committee meetings.
