Responsibility, leadership, and teamwork SANITATION SUPERVISOR **Job Objective:** Coordinate and supervise sanitation department activities, ensuring compliance with cleaning and disinfection programs in production areas, as well as adherence to food safety standards and plant orderliness. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise sanitation department personnel. * Verify implementation of **cleaning and disinfection programs**. * Inspect process areas to ensure they are clean and in suitable condition. * Ensure proper use of **cleaning chemicals** and equipment. * Maintain records and reports for the department. * Coordinate training for sanitation personnel. * Report incidents or deviations in cleaning processes. * Support internal or external audits related to sanitation. **Requirements:** * Experience in personnel management. * Knowledge of industrial cleaning or sanitation. * Knowledge of **Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)** is desirable. * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Responsibility, leadership, and teamwork. **We Offer:** * Statutory benefits. * Opportunities for career development within the company.
