Job Description Customer service and consultation in-store and via phone, advising customers on the Maja brand concept and product design. Drive store sales through exceptional service. Requirements * Required education level: High school or vocational training * Experience: 6 months – 1 year as a Sales Advisor * Knowledge(s) and tool(s): + Knowledge of negotiation techniques; familiarity with the company’s various products and services. + Proficiency in computer equipment and Microsoft Office suite; office equipment operation. + Terminal operation. * Language(s): + English – Basic * Skill(s) and competency(ies): + Negotiation + Teamwork + Critical thinking + Autonomy + Teamwork + Logical-Mathematical reasoning * Candidate availability: + No travel required Schedule Some days Full-time 10:00 – 21:00 Schedule clarification: Rotating 9-hour shifts.
