Position Summary: We are seeking a results-driven and team-development-oriented Retail Sales Leader responsible for coordinating the sales force to achieve volume, coverage, and effectiveness targets. We are looking for a Retail Sales Leader with strong analytical ability and field leadership skills. You will be responsible for coordinating the sales force to achieve volume, coverage, and effectiveness targets in the market. **Your Key Responsibilities:** * **Team Management:** Supervise and motivate the sales force (sales representatives/driver-salespeople) to meet daily goals. * **Field Coaching:** Conduct supervision routes to identify improvement opportunities and provide on-site coaching to staff at the point of sale. * **KPI Analysis:** Monitor visit effectiveness, drop size, sales volume, new customers, and rejections. * **Market Strategy:** Ensure execution of promotions, compliance with product portfolio requirements, and increased shelf share. * **Administration:** Route payroll settlement, manage KPIs in Excel or CRM, and report payroll-related incidents. **What Profile Are We Seeking?** * **Experience:** Minimum 2–3 years as Supervisor or Leader in the retail channel (mass consumption, food, beverages, or similar). * **Education:** Incomplete or completed Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. * **Skills:** Leadership of operational teams, high-level negotiation, and conflict resolution. * **Technical Knowledge:** Proficiency in handheld devices/smartphones for sales and intermediate Excel (pivot tables). * **Requirement:** Valid driver’s license and familiarity with the local area.
