Position Summary: We are seeking a Quality Control Manager to oversee processes, ensure adherence to standards, and manage the quality department in a swimming pool solutions company. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead and supervise quality management across all process stages. 2. Ensure compliance with quality procedures and regulations. 3. Coordinate and prepare quality reports and non-conformance reports. Swimming pool solutions company seeks: Quality Control Manager Responsibilities: * Ensure task compliance by supervising proper operation of the department * Prepare quality certificates and reports * Supervise cleaning, packaging, packing, and storage of raw materials * Conduct on-site supervision and inspection regarding manufacturing, safety, and housekeeping, as well as during receipt of raw materials (contract manufacturing), supplies, and goods provided by customers, in accordance with applicable inspection instructions and/or quality certificates for received batches * Prepare reports on non-conformances identified during product analysis at various stages of the incident resolution process * Approve products via sampling * Supervise and control material losses * Supervise proper storage of products in warehouses We Offer: Fixed salary: $27,000 gross Comprehensive benefits from day one (grocery vouchers, funeral expense coverage, birthday leave, bereavement leave, wedding leave, paternity leave, education scholarships for employees and their children) * Mobile phone and computer equipment * Grocery vouchers: $1,357 Minimum 3 years’ experience as Quality Supervisor, including expertise in procedures, policies, and laboratory best practices; ISO procedures; handling of organic and inorganic chemistry; quality-related certifications; stability testing; manufacturing processes; analytical methods. * Organized, committed, responsible * Personnel management and shift roster administration * KPI indicator management * Conflict resolution * Flexible working hours
