Together, we can transform the future of healthcare and leave a positive mark on the world! **Employee Type** Confidential **Position Objective** Manage, control, and report on international transport procurement activities; execute and ensure traceability and integrity of information related to export processes. **Responsibilities and Activities** * Review the daily loading plan and manage transport procurement according to timelines, shipping methods, and customer requirements. * Prepare required documentation in accordance with customer requirements and foreign trade regulations to ensure proper export and return operations, as well as for audit purposes. * Track shipments until arrival at destination, and manage and resolve shipment-related incidents. * Support import and export shipment management in the absence of the Coordinator. * Analyze, report, and generate performance indicators for export operations as defined by the International Transport Procurement Coordinator.
