**Company dedicated to construction is seeking your talent for the Procurement Analyst position with experience in urban construction** **Requirements**" * Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field. * Experience in construction and urban development. * Age between 25 and 40 years. * Experience in procurement for civil works and urban construction projects. * Vendor management and quotation handling. * Knowledge of construction materials, urban works, and infrastructure. * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills. * ERP and administrative systems proficiency. **Key Responsibilities** * Requesting and comparing quotations for materials and services for urban works. * Purchasing construction materials, light machinery, and equipment for urbanization projects. * Negotiating with suppliers to secure better pricing, credit terms, and delivery schedules. * Generating and tracking purchase orders via ERP. * Managing and monitoring inventory of materials and supplies. * Coordinating with site managers, supervisors, and warehouse staff. * Preparing procurement reports, budgetary control, and cost analysis. * Verifying technical specifications and material quality. * Sourcing and developing new suppliers in the construction sector. * Tracking on-site deliveries and resolving supplier-related incidents. * Document control for invoices, requisitions, and payments. * Monitoring procurement activities according to project schedule and progress. **We Offer** * Competitive salary: $16,000 MXN per month. * Working hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, plus Saturdays. * Statutory benefits. * Growth opportunities. * Excellent work environment.
