*Industry-Leading Company* We are seeking: ***"Operations Manager"*** **We offer:** * Competitive salary * Statutory benefits * Direct employment contract with the company * Job stability * Work schedule: Monday to Sunday, with one rotating weekday off **Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor's degree or engineering degree in related fields—architecture, industrial engineering, electromechanical engineering, mechanical-electrical engineering, or similar (intern or graduate). * Minimum 3 years’ experience in comprehensive maintenance **Key responsibilities:** * Management of maintenance, cleaning, and security personnel * Operational surveillance of the shopping center parking lot * Ensuring compliance with the Shopping Center Operations Manual and Internal Policies * Budgetary control * Coordination, monitoring, and execution of maintenance programs * Supervision of preventive and corrective maintenance for equipment (air washers, water treatment systems, emergency power plants, pumping systems, electrical systems, fire protection systems, mechanical systems, etc.) * Response to property-related incidents * Monitoring of reports (KPIs, suppliers, staff, operations, maintenance) * Oversight of property-related projects * Monitoring of full tenant space fit-outs and adaptations per the applicable manual * Support during tenant space handover and/or turnover * Interaction with suppliers of goods and services * Liaison with municipal and state authorities (as required) * Coordination with municipal and state civil protection and police agencies * Monitoring of energy variables, water consumption, and fuel usage * Control of supplies and inventories * Implementation of special health-related procedures affecting the operations area.
