Position Summary: Supervise and control projects, ensure compliance with schedules, budgets, and quality standards, and coordinate technical teams and vendors. Key Highlights: 1. Profile: Architect or Civil Engineer Responsibilities * Supervise and control the operation of all active portfolio projects. * Ensure compliance with schedules, budgets, and field quality standards. * Implement efficient operational processes, workflows, and execution models. * Coordinate Project Leaders and Managers, supervisors, and technical teams. * Manage vendors and contractors, ensuring performance, quality, and cost control. * Analyze operational risks and implement mitigation and containment strategies. * Ensure compliance with safety, construction, and legal regulatory requirements. * Present periodic operational reports to the Executive Management. * Promote continuous improvement, standardization, and adoption of technological tools. * Evaluate operational staff performance and participate in hiring decisions. * Supervise the technical–operational closeout of projects and delivery to the client.
