Job Summary: FV Truck Parts and Accessories is seeking Mold Maintenance Technicians to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on fiberglass molds. Key Highlights: 1. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on fiberglass molds. 2. Inspect and carry out repairs on fiberglass molds. 3. We are a leading company in the production of tractor-trailer parts and currently have 5 openings for Mold Maintenance Technicians** **Responsibilities:** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on fiberglass molds according to the established plan. * Inspect molds to detect defects: deformations, delamination, bubbles, cracks, and wear. * Carry out repairs: filling, laminating, gel coat correction, and structural reinforcements. * Prepare surfaces for repair or maintenance: cleaning, sanding, leveling, and degreasing. * Properly apply resins, catalysts, gel coat, and reinforcements according to technical specifications. * Adjust, align, and dimensionally verify molds after repairs. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and safety in the work area following standards and procedures. * Record progress, material consumption, and repairs performed on each mold. * Collaborate with engineering and production to ensure mold availability and quality. * Strictly comply with industrial safety regulations and PPE usage at all times. * Monitor compliance with activities established in the QMS, ensuring proper execution and promoting continuous improvement across all processes.
