Job Summary: Perform maintenance tasks, adhering to preventive and corrective routines, prioritizing safety and environmental protection, with ethics and integrity. Key Highlights: 1. Application of safety standards and best practices **Your Responsibilities:** ----------------- Execute maintenance tasks, completing preventive maintenance routines on time and correctly, and performing corrective maintenance under the guidance and direction of the maintenance leader; prioritizing compliance with the company's safety and environmental guidelines. A. Perform assigned tasks with integrity and ethics. B. Follow ISO 9001:2015 procedures\. C. Complete all fields and capture 100% of provided work orders. D. Perform preventive maintenance and equipment check\-lists for production-installed equipment. E. When integrating new production equipment, ensure safe and efficient incorporation into existing operations. F. Specify the type of failure: Mechanical, Hydraulic, Pneumatic, Electrical, Electronic, Facilities, or Process. G. If any spare parts or supplies are missing to perform preventive maintenance, immediately notify the Supervisor. H. Routinely use manuals, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and control diagrams—as applicable—to accelerate fault diagnosis. I. Perform equipment maintenance in the plant following world-class preventive and predictive maintenance best practices. a) Presses b) Robots c) Motorized conveyors d) Steel coil uncoilers, straighteners, aligners, and feeders e) Bending machines f) Palletizers/Depalletizers g) Punching machines h) Ovens, turbines, modutrols, conveyors, and part hanging chains i) Six-stage washer, spray nozzles, motor pumps, and level sensors. **Requirements:** --------------- * Education: High school diploma. Technical degree: Electromechanical, Electrical, Industrial Maintenance, Mechanical, Electronics, or Mechatronics (preferred). * Minimum 3 years of industrial maintenance experience in automated environments, including equipment installation and relocation in manufacturing plants. * Advanced knowledge in two or more specialties (Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Pneumatics, Hydraulics). * Ability to interpret and read electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic diagrams. Knowledge of control systems is a plus. * Proficiency with measurement instruments (Thermography camera, Multimeter, Clamp meter, Megger, Sound level meter). * Understanding of ARC Flash and Safety Access to Machine (SAMLOTO) standards. * Solid knowledge of failures in stamping process equipment and peripheral steel feeding, assembly, welding, ovens, powder coating booths, FANUC robotic arms, conveyors, automated equipment, motor pumps, and reverse osmosis systems. * Knowledge and application of world-class plant safety standards: + Safety devices and safeguards. + Confined spaces requiring permits. + Fall protection. + Electrical work/Electrical arc hazards. + Lockout/Tagout. + Harnesses/Safety devices. * \#LI\-ME1
