With our household brands—such as **Lipton, Knorr, Dove, Hellmann's, and Axe**—we are creating a brighter future for our customers, our business, and our planet—and you can be part of it! ### **Role Objective:** Responsible for developing the maintenance program, tracking the work order lifecycle, managing spare parts arrivals, contracting services, creating and monitoring management KPIs, integrating multidisciplinary teams for early equipment management, budget administration, and communication with planners, maintenance coordinators, and technicians. ### **YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN SIMILAR POSITIONS:** **2 to 3 years in a similar role** ### **WHAT WOULD YOU DO?** * Develop the maintenance program and validate the closure cycle. * Manage **OPEX**. * Track and report **management KPIs**. * Manage material arrivals and service contracting. * Interact with maintenance coordinators, technicians, and end users. ### **WHAT EDUCATION LEVEL IS REQUIRED?** * Electrical, mechatronics, electronics, industrial engineering, or related field. * **ERP: SAP (mandatory)** * Experience in manufacturing companies (a plus). * English (a plus). ### **WHAT DO YOU NEED TO APPLY FOR THIS POSITION?** * Leadership and teamwork skills. * Communication skills across diverse teams. * Experience in similar roles (1 to 3 years). * Experience in maintenance execution. * Knowledge of safety procedures including **LOTO**, working at heights, and confined space work. * Availability.
