Work with a technical focus and leadership. **Talento Busqueda is looking for a Maintenance Coordinator at Parque Industrial La Noria \- El Marqués, Querétaro** ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **Vacancy: Engineering and Maintenance Manager** **Purpose of the Position** To manage engineering and maintenance activities related to heat treatment processes, ensuring quality, operational efficiency, and compliance with technical standards and customer requirements. **Main Responsibilities** * Design, implement, and optimize heat treatment processes * Validate technical specifications and compliance with customer requirements * Supervise preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance programs * Ensure availability and proper functioning of critical equipment * Coordinate and supervise the maintenance team * Develop and implement continuous improvement and innovation projects * Manage equipment calibration and certifications (CQI\-9 / AMS 2750\) * Supervise operation and maintenance of industrial furnaces * Manage spare parts, tools, and departmental resources * Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and audit standards **Requirements** **Education:** * Degree in Maintenance Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field **Experience:** * Minimum 2 years in industrial maintenance or process engineering **Technical Knowledge:** * Industrial maintenance (electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic) * Operation of industrial furnaces (desirable) * TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) * Interpretation of technical drawings and manuals * Equipment calibration and control of variables (temperature, pressure, flow) **Intermediate English (B1\)** ***mandatory,*** **with ability to maintain work-related communication (emails, meetings, follow-ups) with overseas teams** **What We Are Looking For** A technically oriented and leadership-capable individual who can ensure efficient operation of processes and equipment, while driving continuous improvement across the organization. **Desired Education Level:** Bachelor's degree \- completed **Desired Experience Level:** Expert level **Departmental Function:** Maintenance and Repairs **Industry:** Automotive **Skills:** * Industrial Maintenance * Drawing Interpretation * TPM * English B1 *This vacancy originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=6a0358047f00004100fb990e\&source\=indeed*
