Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance professional to ensure optimal facility operations, develop maintenance budgets and programs, and guarantee food safety. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure optimal operation of facilities and equipment. 2. Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs. 3. Handle GMP, HACCP, GHP, and food safety concepts. About the Role: **What You Need:** * Proficiency in and application of GMP, HACCP, GHP, chemical control, and Food Defense * Food safety concepts for the food industry. * Maintenance across various areas (electrical, plumbing, painting, etc.) and quality circles. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite **Responsibilities:** * Ensure that all facilities operate in accordance with operational requirements. * Collaborate with the Operations Coordinator to develop the annual maintenance budget for infrastructure, production equipment, and company units. * Develop and implement the preventive maintenance program for infrastructure, production equipment, company units, and various company sites. * Prioritize and follow up on corrective maintenance tasks required across various company sites, including maintenance assigned to external vendors. * Issue and document maintenance work orders, as well as records of completed maintenance activities. * Submit requisitions for spare parts, tools, and vendor-performed maintenance services. * Design and/or quote devices, tooling, and improvements for production equipment. * Participate in facility inspection rounds to identify potential failures and include them in the maintenance plan. * Maintain cleanliness of work areas after completing maintenance tasks. * Comply with established safety and food safety regulations. * Track and follow up on reports of infrastructure and equipment malfunctions for repair. * Manage and update Ferbera’s facility maintenance program. * Clean water tanks and rooftop water storage tanks. **We Offer:** Statutory and above-statutory benefits Competitive salary Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: $15,000.00 per month Work Location: On the road
