Position Objective: Monitor and track the planning and implementation of each project undertaken by the Directorate of Innovation and Transformation, based on specified requirements. Each day will present new and engaging challenges in your role, where you will be responsible for: * Tracking project implementation promptly * Ensuring each project progresses according to the established plan * Providing visibility into execution progress against the plan * Generating reports, meetings, minutes, executive presentations, and tracking logs at required levels to ensure accurate communication and information regarding project health * Consistently interacting with initiative leaders and team members (IT, Operations, Business, etc.) for managing, monitoring, and executing initiatives and commitments * Ensuring all assigned activities are completed on time, correctly, and to the bank’s quality standards Requirements: * Professional Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management Engineering, Project Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields * Years of Experience: 1 * Areas of Experience: Project Management * Required Knowledge: Theoretical and practical knowledge of project administration.
