***OBJECTIVE:*** Ensure maximum availability, integrity, and resilience of the Group's central infrastructure by technically implementing cybersecurity architectures and controls. Safeguard digital assets, guaranteeing that critical systems (ERP JD Edwards, WMS, TMS) and regional connectivity operate under a fully hardened framework against threats and failures, enabling uninterrupted operations at Site Central, CEDIS, and stores. ***REQUIREMENTS:*** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems Engineering, Information Technologies, Electronics, or related field. * Advanced diploma or course in Cybersecurity and Network Management (MANDATORY). * Minimum 5 years of experience. * Advanced Office skills. * Willingness to travel. ***RESPONSIBILITIES:*** * Supervising field technicians and auditing regional configuration standards for over 3 years. Preparing technical assessments to approve or reject purchases and warranties. * Expert administration of VMware (50+ VMs), firewalls, and centralized storage (SAN/NAS). Technical execution of backups and Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP). * Virtualization and Servers (Core): Over 7 years configuring and optimizing VMware or Hyper-V environments. Expertise in resource management (vCPU, RAM, Storage vMotion) for critical ERP environments, ensuring no bottlenecks exist in central processing. * Networking and Perimeter Security: Over 5 years in advanced firewall configuration (Sohos, Fortinet, Cisco, or similar), managing Site-to-Site VPN tunnels for CEDIS/stores. * Operational Cybersecurity and Hardening: Over 5 years implementing server hardening policies, corporate EDR/antivirus management, and executing preventive protocols against malware and ransomware. Proficiency with vulnerability scanning tools. * Site-Critical Infrastructure (Data Center): Over 5 years monitoring and managing large-scale storage systems (SAN/NAS), as well as technical health of UPS (robust batteries), emergency power generators, and cooling systems at Site Central. * Regional Technical Supervision: Over 3 years coordinating field engineers’ technical work, ensuring network and server configurations at CEDIS and stores comply with the company’s central standard. * Technical Asset Evaluation: Proven ability to prepare hardware and software technical assessments, comparing equipment specifications to ensure the Group’s investment is durable and efficient. ***WE OFFER:*** * Weekly salary payment. * Grocery vouchers. * Statutory and above-statutory benefits. * Quarterly bonus.
