**Metal-Mechanical Company is seeking:** **INDUSTRIAL DESIGN MANAGER \- RETAIL FURNITURE AND METAL STRUCTURES** **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design. * Minimum **2 years of experience as head or supervisor of a design department**, plus at least 4 years of experience in retail furniture and point-of-sale design. * Knowledge of display development, exhibits, counters, racks, electrical cabinets, commercial furniture, and mechanical structures. * Proficiency in design software, preferably **FUSION 360**, as well as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Rhino, or similar tools. * Experience reading blueprints, assembly drawings, cutting files, and production drawings. * Knowledge of materials and processes (metal, wood, acrylic, MDF, hardware, finishes, fasteners). * Leadership skills * Ability to coordinate with production, procurement, and sales departments. **Responsibilities:** * Development of design proposals for retail projects. * Preparation of blueprints and manufacturing files. * Team organization and task tracking. * Proposing assembly methods and manufacturing improvements. * Adapting designs to brand and client guidelines. * Optimizing materials, costs, and production timelines. * Liaising with production departments * Generating exploded-view diagrams **We offer:** **Salary: $25,000 net per month.** **Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM.** **Two Saturday shifts per month, from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM.** Employment type: Full-time Salary: $25,000.00 per month Benefits: * Free parking Workplace: On-site employment
