Job Responsibilities * Perform maintenance, warranty services, and emergency repairs. * Troubleshoot, test equipment, diagnose, and repair HVAC system components. * Perform maintenance and installation of HVAC systems. * Diagnose and repair HVAC system issues, including component installation and replacement. * Carry out maintenance services in accordance with ASHRAE 180, ensuring service delivery to customers. * Read and interpret electrical schematics, diagrams, blueprints, and wiring diagrams. * Test newly installed components to ensure proper operation. Requirements * Completed technical degree: HVAC Technician or Electrical Technician. * 3 to 5 years of experience. * Basic welding skills. * Flexible availability for work hours. * Ability to operate a standard vehicle. * Valid driver's license. Employment Offer * Monthly salary: $20,000 to $30,000. * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements: * 17 vacation days starting from the first year (12 vacation days + 5 additional days assigned by the company based on operational needs) * 20 days of year-end bonus (aguinaldo) Working Hours: * Monday to Friday: 7:30 am to 5:00 pm; Saturdays: 7:30 am to 1:00 pm * Fieldwork, travel, technical emergency response, and possible adjustments to rest days according to operational requirements.
