**WE ARE CARTÓN** is a company dedicated to manufacturing corrugated cardboard packaging for the industrial, agricultural, and other sectors. We are seeking: **FLEXOGRAPHIC PRINTING MACHINE OPERATOR** **Work Schedule:** * Mixed shift: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM; Saturday, 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM * First shift: Monday to Saturday, 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM * Second shift: Monday to Saturday, 2:00 PM to 9:30 PM **Main Responsibilities** * Operate flexographic printing machines for printing, die-cutting, and assembling corrugated cardboard boxes. * Verify that supplies, inks, and materials are ready before startup. * Adjust basic machine parameters (speed, pressure, registration) following established procedures. * Monitor product quality during production (dimensions, print quality, strength). * Meet assigned production schedules and report any incidents. * Participate in cleaning, basic maintenance, and order changeovers. * Collaborate with the team on continuous improvement and safety. **Requirements** * Age: 22 to 50 years old. * Education: Junior high school diploma. * Prior experience in a plant, warehouse, production, or maintenance environment is desirable (not mandatory). * Availability to work Monday through Saturday. * Willingness to learn and undergo training in flexographic machine operation (models from 1986 to 2024\) **Desired Skills and Knowledge** * Basic mechanical knowledge and elementary electrical concepts (to understand machine functionality). * Proficiency in using measuring instruments (rulers, calipers, scales). * Attention to detail for quality inspection. * Discipline and organization in the workplace. * Teamwork and communication with supervisors and colleagues. * Quick learning ability: follow technical training instructions. **We Offer** * Initial training provided by the machinery supplier (covering both new machines and older models). * Productivity bonuses * Punctuality and attendance bonus * Opportunity for career advancement to certified operator with salary increases based on achieved proficiency level. **Position Type**: Full-time **Experience:** * Operating Flexographic Machines: 3 years (Mandatory) Salary: $12,500\.00 \- $15,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Company-provided parking * Free parking * Flexible working hours * Option for an indefinite-term employment contract * Complimentary uniforms Workplace: On-site employment
