As a Field Specialist II, you will organize, supervise, and perform all types of coiled tubing operations. A key aspect of this role is the expectation to deliver services with impeccable quality and zero HSE incidents.
As a Flexible Pipe Supervisor, you will be responsible for the following:
* Provide technical support to crew and customers at the well site.
* Develop advanced flexible pipe techniques.
* Plan operations and ensure all materials are prepared, tested, and ready for job execution.
* Prepare and deliver complete job reports.
* Understand work proposals including associated graphics, customer handling, and personnel supervision.
* Prepare field reports for corresponding customer billing.
* Lead installation and removal of the flexible pipe (FP) set with a high level of safety.
* Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on the FP set.
* Manage storage and inventory of platform supplies and fixed assets.
* Maintain communication with the customer’s site welfare representative, drilling team, and field support personnel.
* Participate in knowledge sharing.
* Ensure all reporting requirements are met on time.
* Track service quality events with the Operations Management team and ensure incident reports are closed.
* Ensure work is performed in accordance with Service Quality, Health, Safety, and IT standards.
* Lead flexible pipe operations, nitrogen (N2) pumping, and fluid pumping.
* Conduct well surveys for flexible pipe operations.
* Prepare flexible pipe technical proposals.
**Fuel your passion**
To succeed in this role, you must:
* Have 5 years of experience as a Field Specialist Supervisor in well operations with Flexible Pipe / with a Flexible Pipe service provider.
* Possess knowledge of fluid pumping units, N2 units, and coiled tubing units.
* Operate fluid pumping units, N2 units, coiled tubing units, and downhole tools.
* Have basic English proficiency to complete internal company courses.
* Hold a technical degree or documented flexible pipe training courses.
* Have basic hands-on experience in mechanical and electrical equipment and motor maintenance, preferably with well control knowledge.
* Provide field tickets and employment certificates bearing your name to verify 5 years of experience.
* Possess knowledge of downhole tools equipment.
* Be available for flexible pipe operations.
