The ideal candidate must have experience in logistics and warehouse operations, and be capable of ensuring seamless continuity from the morning shift while efficiently and systematically performing daily operational closing tasks. We seek a proactive, leadership-oriented profile with strong organizational abilities and the capacity to make rapid operational decisions. Main Responsibilities: * Ensure continuity from the morning shift operations * Supervise loading, unloading, and merchandise arrangement * Control next-day delivery merchandise * Coordinate pending departures, re-entries, and operational closings * Verify outgoing merchandise, routes, and documentation * Coordinate evening operational staff * Resolve operational incidents in real time * Maintain constant communication with traffic, logistics, and branches * Supervise warehouse order, cleanliness, and safety * Generate operational reports and follow up on daily pending items * Utilize logistics systems and operational platforms for merchandise and route control * Ensure daily operations are properly completed Requirements: * Must be of legal age * Minimum 2 years of experience in warehousing, logistics, or operational coordination * Knowledge of shipping, distribution, and merchandise handling * Ability to lead operational staff * Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) * Experience using operational/logistics systems and generating reports * Availability for the evening shift * Flexibility for extended hours during peak seasons Benefits: * Statutory benefits (IMSS, vacation, year-end bonus) * Option for indefinite-term contract after 3 months * Job stability * Competitive salary based on experience * Performance bonuses * Growth opportunities Salary: $13,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Company parking * Option for indefinite-term contract * Company phone Workplace: On-site employment
