**KROM LOGÍSTICA** **We are seeking:** **"IN-HOUSE TRAFFIC EXECUTIVE"** **Company Benefits:** * Join a solid organization that offers job stability. * ISO-, OEA-, and NEEC-certified company. **Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Foreign Trade, International Relations, International Business, or related field. * Experience: 3 years in land traffic and import operations involving the northern border (mandatory). * English language proficiency (intermediate level). * Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite. **Knowledge:** * Traffic management and customs clearance. * Export and import processes. * Customs Law and Foreign Trade Law. **Responsibilities:** * Monitor and report the status of goods for assigned clients. * Book shipments with shipping lines, airlines, and freight carriers. * Schedule shipments and prepare quotations for assigned accounts. * Receive, review, and consolidate documents required for customs clearance of each shipment. * Review import documentation to comply with non-tariff regulations according to the corresponding tariff classification. * Knowledge of permits **(COFEPRIS, SAGARPA, SEMARNAT)**. * Submission of reports and KPIs. * Coordinate pickups for maritime, land, and air cargo at origin and track shipments until final delivery. * Review and approve status reports for assigned client references. * File and manage customs exit folders for goods. * Request necessary documents for customs clearance. * Generate invoices. * Review regulations applicable to imports into Latin American countries. * Manage inventory in external warehouses. **We Offer:** * Competitive market salary. * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements.
